To enable your KM$ to be paid out, the following requirements must be met.
- The payout is ONLY possible with a completed ID-CHECK, which must not be more than one year old.
- A payout can be initiated from a VALUE of at least 100 KM$ and can be determined individually (e.g., 108 of your 130 KM$).
- Due to the system, only even amounts without decimals can be paid out.
- For escorts with a basic membership, we charge a processing fee of 30% for the payout.
- For escorts with a Plus membership, we charge a processing fee of 20% for the payout.
- A maximum of 3 payouts can be requested at the same time.
- It is not possible to pay out KM$ that you have purchased yourself.
- It is possible to enter the VAT (sales tax) when purchasing our Plus membership, but this is not mandatory.
IMPORTANT:
- If the ID check has not yet been carried out or was carried out more than a year ago, it must first be carried out or renewed. To reset the ID check, please send an email from the email address verified in your profile to support@kaufmich.com.
- If the ID check was carried out using a passport or foreign identity document, a current utility bill (e.g., electricity or telephone bill) must also be uploaded as a PDF file, which must not be older than 4 weeks.

To validate the account details provided for the payout, a current account statement must be uploaded as a PDF file, which must not be older than 4 weeks.
The data must clearly show the following:
Account holder, including address
Full name of the bank
IBAN
BIC - The data provided in the payout form must match the data submitted 100% in order to comply with the requirements of the BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority – Money Laundering Act).
- As soon as you click/tap on “Payout,” a window will open where you can enter the amount you want to pay out.
After entering the amount, the window with the payout form will open. Once all mandatory fields have been filled in, you must mark our Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy, the KM$ Terms of Use, and the Cancellation Policy as “acknowledged.”
During the payout, there are three displays that provide information about the current status.
- Successful
- Failed (contact support with the displayed error message xxx)
- Being processed.
The “Successful” or “Failed” messages must be acknowledged by pressing the “OK, got it” button.
When 'Failed' is displayed, you will be asked to contact support@kaufmich.com using the error code shown.
The successful payout is displayed as a notification pop-up on KM and also sent as a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address verified in the profile.
