Violations of our community rules may result in your profile being blocked for a definite or indefinite period of time. These rules set out how you should behave on our site.
Here is a list of the most common reasons for bans, the duration of the bans, and what you can do if your profile is affected:
Multiple profiles
Double profiles are permitted on our site. However, only if both/all profiles have an active Plus membership.
Profiles without Plus membership will be and remain blocked until contact is made with our support team.
Profiles that are not to be provided with our Plus membership must be requested in writing for deletion.
The request to delete the profile must be sent directly to kontakt@kaufmich.com via the e-mail address verified in the corresponding profile.
Fake pictures
The use of so-called fake pictures is not only prohibited on our site but will also be punished and will lead to verification of authenticity. If authenticity has already been verified, the profile will be asked for ID verification instead.
Affected profiles will remain blocked until successful participation in the verification process.
Insults
If offensive content or texts are sent to other users, a warning will be issued. After the 3rd warning, the profile will be blocked for 3 days. In case of repetition and no change in behavior, the profile will also be permanently blocked.
Please note: Serious insults, threats of violence, incitement to commit crimes, requests or offers for drug use, incitement to hatred and racism will lead to the permanent blocking of the profile and permanent exclusion from our community.
Spamming
If we discover that you are using your profile on our site exclusively to send mass messages or to send third-party advertising, your profile will be and remain permanently blocked.
Third-party advertising
Any kind of advertising for or redirection to a competing website (e.g., OnlyFans, Best Fans, Ladies.de etc.), whether via the profile description, status or in private messages, will be regarded by us as third-party advertising and will result in your profile being blocked.
Misuse of date reviews
We will remove such reports and warn the author. Repeated abuse can lead to permanent blocking of the profile and permanent exclusion from our community.
Misuse of events
If you are only offering an unusual service and you are serving your customers one after the other, this is not an event but additional advertising for your profile. An event should, for example, offer something like a BDSM fetish party, a gangbang, a bukkake party or similar. Events may not contain third-party advertising, contact details or the offer of unprotected sex practices (AO). As events are also displayed to visitors to our site when they are logged out, the images in events must not contain any FSK 18 content.
AO (All Without)
Any offer of or demand for unprotected sex of any kind - even indirectly - will result in the profile being blocked for 3 days on the first offense. The block will be lifted automatically by the system.
Repeated violations will lead to a permanent blocking of the profile and permanent exclusion from our community.
Please note: AO offers also include video content and other media that has already been filmed!
Pregnancy
First, congratulations! However, it is not permitted on our site to use your profile during pregnancy. Therefore, profiles will be blocked for the duration of your pregnancy. In addition, it is not permitted to search for or offer pregnant ladies via our portal.
It is also forbidden to ask escorts if they would like to become pregnant.
Incorrect profile type
Have you accidentally made a mistake in your profile type and registered as a client instead of an escort, or vice versa? No problem. Send us a message via the e-mail address provided in your profile to kontakt@kaufmich.com, and we will delete your profile. By deleting your profile, your data (e-mail address, username, and mobile phone number) will be released from our system so that you can create a new profile with the correct profile type.

If the main service offered differs from the actual service, it will be changed accordingly, and a warning will be issued. After a third warning, the profile will be blocked for three days. In the event of subsequent violations, we reserve the right to impose longer-term blocks, which may lead to permanent blocking.
Contact details outside the designated positions
All contact details, such as mobile phone numbers or addresses, that are not entered in the designated places in the profile will be removed, and a warning will be issued. After a third warning, the profile will be blocked for three days. In the event of subsequent violations, we reserve the right to impose longer-term blocks, which may lead to permanent blocking.
Homepage
Profiles in which a homepage has been specified that only leads to a competing website instead of your own website will be made invisible by us. The corresponding profile will only be made visible again once the link has been removed or replaced.
