Unfortunately, some of our users sometimes violate our community rules. This can manifest itself in the form of unauthorized content on their profiles or negative behavior towards others.
On our site, you have the option of reporting the relevant profiles and content in the event of rule violations.
Reasons to report a profile are:
- Various violations of the law
- Incitement to hatred, racism, etc.
- Underage user
- Suspected forced prostitution
- suspected pimping
- defamation
- Unprotected practices (AO, all sexual intercourse without protection)
- Content glorifying violence
- Violations of our community rules
- Multiple/double profiles
- Advertising/spam for other sites
- Insults
- threats
- Fraud
- False profile details and photos
- Incorrectly selected profile type
- Incorrect main service
- Fake picture
- Violation of image rights
- Illegal content
- Other reason
This is how you report a rule violation via the profile:
First, click/tap on the three dots in the relevant profile and select „Report“.
Then select the reason that best matches your message. If none of the reasons match your message, please select “Other”. This will give you the opportunity to write a free text of up to 500 characters.

Click/tap on the three dots in the relevant conversation and select „Report”.

Click/tap on the small warning triangle symbol under the relevant image and select the appropriate reason for your report from the submenu.
What happens afterwards?
All reports are processed and checked by our support team. If there is a violation of applicable law or our community rules, the corresponding user will be warned or banned.
Please note: As we do not communicate any information about our actions for data protection reasons, it is not necessary to report a profile more than once. If the profile you have reported is still active, it is because there are no serious reasons for blocking it.
In the case of fraud reports, there is initially a presumption of innocence until the evidence proves otherwise.
