If you no longer wish to use the benefits of our Plus membership, you can cancel it at any time.
To do this, go to “Settings” → “My settings” → “Package & advantages” - and click/tap on “Cancel membership” next to the “Active” status.
If you preferred to choose a different contract term instead of canceling, confirm the question “Would you like a new package?” with “Yes”.
Should you not want to use a new package and want to continue the termination instead, click/tap on “No”.
The following questions are optional and do not have to be answered.
At the bottom, check the box “I agree loosing...” to confirm the termination after entering your password by clicking “Terminate package”.
IMPORTANT - The Plus membership will, of course, continue to run unhindered for the paid period even after termination and will only revert to our free Basic version after this.
