Here you can find out how to purchase your Plus membership or KM$ credit quickly and easily with cryptocurrency.
First, select the desired item (Plus membership or KM$) and then choose the “Crypto” payment method. Then click on “Pay – xx.xx total” to proceed with the payment.
Then scroll through the list of available cryptocurrencies or use the search function to find your preferred cryptocurrency. The exact amount required for each cryptocurrency is displayed next to the corresponding provider.
Confirm your selection with “Continue” and select the desired payment network in the next window. (In this example, Bitcoin)

Note: To comply with legal requirements, we are obliged to record your billing information. Please enter your billing information in the next window.
First, select between Private (Personal) or Business (Company).
If you would rather not use the email address automatically filled in from your profile, please enter an alternative valid email address for the CoinGate receipt or refund.
Enter your first and last name and date of birth, and select your country of residence from the drop-down menu (in this example, Germany).
Then accept the following terms and conditions and click on “Continue.”

☑ I confirm that the information provided is correct and that I have read the privacy policy. (Must be enabled separately).
A new window will then pop up showing a QR code to scan, the exact amount, and the wallet address to which the amount should be paid.
Select the desired payment method.
Option A – Scan QR code (mobile wallet):
Open your crypto wallet app on your smartphone. Tap on “Send” or the camera/scan icon. Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera. Confirm the pre-filled details.
Send the payment.
Option B – Copy and paste (desktop/mobile):
Copy the wallet address displayed. Open the exchange app or wallet and paste the address into the “Send to” field. Make sure you enter the exact amount displayed.
Send the payment.
Once the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a payment confirmation.
Click on “Return to Merchant Page” to return to your profile. Your Plus membership or KM$ will be activated immediately.
You can also pay with your CoinGate balance. If you already have funds in your CoinGate account, this is the fastest payment option.
If you are not yet logged in, first enter your CoinGate login details.
In the next step, check your available CoinGate balance to ensure that you have sufficient funds for the purchase.
Next, check the payment details and click on “Confirm” or “Pay now.”
The payment will be processed immediately (no blockchain confirmation required). You will receive confirmation immediately upon successful payment.
Click “Return to Merchant Page” to return to your profile. Your Plus membership or KM$ will be activated immediately.
Alternatively, you can also pay with “Connect wallet.” Connect your Crypto wallet directly for a seamless payment experience.
After clicking, a pop-up window will appear asking you to “connect” your wallet. Select your wallet from the list of over 500 wallets.
Your wallet will open via the browser extension or app. Review the connection request from CoinGate. Then click “Connect” or “Approve” and select the network and currency. CoinGate will recognize your available balance.
Now select the cryptocurrency you want to use and the corresponding network. Then check the amount and any network fees.
Your wallet will now display the transaction details.
Please check the recipient address, amount, and additional fees. Finally, press “Confirm” in your wallet.
Click on “Return to Merchant Page” to return to your profile. Your Plus membership or KM$ will be activated immediately.
