What are Tags? (Escorts only)
Tags allow escorts to label conversations in their Messenger and filter their inbox client messages by one or more tags.
Tags work like labels - not folders. Unless a tag filter is active, all conversations remain visible. Assigning a tag never hides or removes a chat.
This makes it easier to stay organised, especially when managing a large number of conversations, and helps escorts quickly find important chats.
How many tags do I have?
That depends on your membership.
With a Basic profile, you have 2 fixed tags: "New" and "Regular".
With a Plus membership, you receive 8 additional custom tags, giving you a total of 10 tags.
Why do I only have 2 tags?
Basic escorts have access to the 2 predefined tags: "New" and "Regular".
With a Plus membership, you can create up to 8 additional custom tags and personalise them to suit your needs.
Can I rename or delete my tags?
That depends on your membership.
Basic: No. The 2 fixed tags ("New" and "Regular") are predefined and cannot be edited or removed. But they can be hidden (made invisible) — deleting tags is not possible.
Plus: Yes. You can rename and create your custom tags; tags you no longer need can be hidden (made invisible) — deleting tags is not possible. The 2 fixed tags remain unchanged.
Where can I manage my tags? (Plus only)
You can manage your custom tags directly in your Settings. There, you can rename existing ones, and hide tags you no longer need by clicking the eye icon. The 2 fixed tags ("New" and "Regular") cannot be edited and will always remain available.
How do I filter my inbox by tags?
To filter your inbox, simply select the tag you want to use.
Only conversations with the selected tag(s) will be displayed.
When you remove a filter, conversations that were hidden by the filter will become visible again.
Can I filter by multiple tags at the same time?
Yes. You can activate multiple tag filters simultaneously.
What happens to my tags if I switch to Basic again?
Your custom tags are never deleted. They stay in the background, even if you downgrade your membership. After switching to Basic, only the 2 fixed tags ("New" and "Regular") remain active.
If you upgrade to Plus again later, all of your previously created custom tags will become available again.
Do tags affect hidden conversations?
No. Hiding conversations works exactly as it did before. Tags have no effect on whether a conversation is hidden.
Are tags the same as folders or an archive?
No. Tags are labels that help you organise and filter your conversations. They do not move conversations or create folders. There is no separate inbox archive or folder structure. All of your conversations remain in one place and are fully visible whenever no tag filter is active.
